The Western flanks of Snowdon are notoriously quieter than the routes that begin from Pen Y Pass.
Start and finish from our basecamp just outside of Beddgelert and discover the spectacular views of this little-known side to Snowdon.
You will be guided along the incredible Llechog edge along the Rhyd – Ddu path to gain breath-taking steep views as you approach the Summit.
On return you will follow the quieter Southernmost ridge off the summit to the pass at Bwlch Cwm Llan before steadily declining back to the Rhyd – ddu forest.
