Having spent her childhood holidays around Beddgelert exploring by bike has returned to the area after an adulthood spent at the head of a software business supporting the NHS. She now works to share her love of exploring the countryside by bike and walking through working to promote adventure cycling to all ages and abilities.

His cycle touring background began at the age of 15 when on a family holiday to the Isle of Mull in Scotland he ventured off solo on a battered 21’’ fold up bike with no map and a set of fabric pannier bags for a few nights of wandering adventure. Since then Connaire has learnt much more about bike touring and broadened his experience on various personal expeditions from the West coast of Ireland, Iceland & Northern Europe and more recently 6 months across the Andes of Southern America, as well as countless overnighters on home turf.

Connaire is also a Mountain bike trail leader and is passionate about inspiring people to take to the trails on their own bikepacking adventures.

He’s got a passion for what he does so he decided to get his Mountain Leader and Rock Climbing Instructor Qualifications to share his experiences and knowledge with others.

He loves traveling overseas. He’s been hiking and climbing in the Andes, Alps, Himalayas and India.
